Soul Shouting from the Abyss

Soul Shouting from the Abyss is a 35-hour workshop, delivered in two stages:
Oct. 1 to 16 (22 hours), and Nov. 27 to Dec. 1, 2011 (13 hours).

Life is rhythm. All life vibrates. When we receive stress, or when negative memories come up, our brain waves become abnormal. Our Soul falls into a state of sleep, and cannot wake up. Our health declines.

We CAN get in touch with our Original Life Rhythm and Vibration again through unique Korean rhythms that deeply touch our Soul, waking it from its sleeping state.

Through healing sound, you can release negative emotions, experience physical healing, get in touch with your spiritual self, and journey on the path to ChunHwa (Completion of the Soul).

Participants of Soul Shouting from the Abyss will be guided, through Korean drumming, to develop and find their unique personality, their "True Self ".

Lose yourself in the sound and rhythm of the drum, and experience the joyful ecstasy of  'coming home'.  Reconnect with your Original Life Rhythm and Vibration... your Authentic Self!

ChunHwa Training Camp

Saturate your Senses will give you 21 hours of Yoga, Tai Chi, Healing Martial Arts, Boot Camp, Tao Meditation, Calligraphy and Healing Hands Training with Master Kuam Nam of the ChunHwa Training Centre over a three-day period.

We are located at 1745 Montreal Road, Suite B, Ottawa, Ontario.  

Camp dates and times:
Saturday July 30:  2 pm to 6 pm
Sunday July 31:   6 am to 6 pm
Monday August 1:  6 am to 11 am
